Salient Business Focus
“The difference between involvement and commitment is like ham and eggs. The chicken is involved; the pig is committed.”
– Martina Navratilova
When you start a business it’s easy to focus entirely on your clients’ needs – and neglect your own. A successful business needs to be constantly developing, but when you’re so involved it’s often difficult to see where improvements can be made.
The Salient Business Focus programme provides you with an on-call business mentor who will help you maintain the drive you had when you first started your business and ensure you fulfil your potential.
Having a mentor makes you accountable, but as well as helping you set and achieve objectives your mentor will offer you advice, support and coaching to improve your business overall. Regular reviews will ensure you have clear plans and a greater focus on moving your business forwards, and you’ll soon have a business that is progressing faster and better than it was before you started working with your mentor.
“Andy has been very valuable source of comment, advice and support to me in my role at Bridging the Gap. When we have worked together on a project I have found him to be positive, effective and creative.”
