The Salient Business Focus programme provides you with an on-call business mentor who will help you maintain the drive you had when you first started your business and ensure you fulfil your potential.
Having a mentor makes you accountable, but as well as helping you set and achieve objectives your mentor will offer you advice, support and coaching to improve your business overall. Regular reviews will ensure you have clear plans and a greater focus on moving your business forwards, and you’ll soon have a business that is progressing faster and better than it was before you started working with your mentor.

The Salient Business Focus programme is highly effective; you will receive:
- Regular communication with your mentor (unlimited phone calls plus up to two hours per month for coaching, email feedback etc)
- 9-5 Monday to Friday on-call consultancy (2 hour response time)
- Practical help and advice
- Progress reports and goal setting exercises
- Practical insight into skills and techniques in many areas of business including sales, marketing, time management, account management, customer care etc.
